HOW IT WORKS (DECAL TRANSFER PROCESS)
Print your artwork (offset, rotogravure or digital) onto the matte side.
Dust wet glaze powder (melamine formaldehyde) onto the printed surface; dry 60 °C, 5 min.
Place the glazed paper face-down on the pre-form; enter compression mold.
Under 160–180 °C & 80–120 bar, the resin liquefies, embedding the ink layer.
Demold, cool, edge-polish—graphics are now sealed beneath a hard, clear melamine layer.

FAQ
Q: Can I use this paper on bamboo-melamine composites? A: Yes—the bonding chemistry is identical; we recommend a 42 GSM grade for slightly rougher substrates.
Q: Do you offer ready-to-use glazed decal paper? A: Absolutely. Pre-glazed sheets are available with 8 g/m² dry glaze; just cut and mold.
Q: Lead time for a 1-ton custom print? A: 10–12 days after artwork approval, including colour-matching proofs.
Q: How do I store unused paper? A: Keep in original PE bag, 15–25 °C, RH <60 %, away from direct sunlight.
